Stat Teleporter 1.0

Talow submitted a new resource:

Stat Teleporter - Teleporter that works with stats (str, dex, int)

A teleporter that allows you to teleport, but only if you meet the stat requirement that is set up with the teleporter.

GameMaster and above will be able to set them up with the props command and should be easy to understand.
