I did some work focused on fixing some teleporters.

Include:

- Haven New Mine teleporter entrance & in-depth rope teleporter
- Felu/Trammel Blackthorn teleporter to blackthorn dungeon
- Malas fixed teleporter position
- Termur Tomb of Kings Entrance to & from Holy City + Abyssal Lair Entrance
