Trouble with Custom Map, Classic UO, Pandoras Box

I am unable to get Pandoras Box to work with ClassicUO. It starts the classicuo client just fine, however when I get to the shard selection screen and select the shard it crashes.

Got it somewhat fixed by the following:

Right click on Pandora.exe
Click Properties
Run compatibility mode Vista pack 2
Check the box for run as administrator.

It's running and passing commands, though some are wrong.

Figured I'd post what I've figured out so far.

This is newest OSI client w/Classic UO and custom maps.

So it is possible to have everything up to date.
