I found this rather marvelous site whilst looking for a multi-editor. Thought I'd pass it along:

I can't say for sure these are up to date, or indeed functional with the present UO. So, my apologies if there are more recent versions of the programs available to download here.

However, I did take the liberty of providing a translated link (It was in Czech. :p)

There are some old tools on that site. I'd suggest that everyone get what they can while we're graced with its existence.
