I am doing some testing (RunUO, build 2.2) and noticed that I am unable to attack blue NPCs. When I attack I get the warning gump "This may flag you as criminal!" After clicking "okay" nothing happens, just as with "cancel." I tried making the NPC a player, and got the same results. Is this a setting issue, or something else? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes that seems to have done it! Thanks! Commenting it out causes a great deal of errors, mostly with NPC files, so I just set it to false. It did not work immediately. I attacked on NPC and nothing happened, then spawned another and was able to attack, but only after changing weapons, and the attack stopped after a few swings. The third NPC worked perfectly. I am still testing it out, but it seems to be working. I suppose the delay could have had something to do with toggling between player and owner, but I am not sure. Interestingly, some of the blue NPCs are not BaseVendors, but rather BaseCreatures. Thanks again!
 
ah yeah makes sense.

You will need to respawn them all.

All the ones in the world are "blessed" just do not show yellow names like in newer expansions.
 
Actually, I tested it out on a few vendors in a couple of towns and they were not invulnerable. The errors thrown by commenting out IsInvulnerable were actually only limited to only twenty or so vendors, mostly from Nerun's Distro and a few healers. Got lucky there...:)
