Here is the official repository for UO Fiddler.
It was created by Turley, an active Core developer for the POL UO emulator.
It is in active development. There have been recent small interface enhancements.
There is more to come The code is being refactored to improve art loading efficiency.
You can download a compiled version here from the POL forums.
