UO:R client

I'm looking for a pre-AOS client. Is there somewhere I can download one from, or do people just download the client from the official site and stop patching at a specific version?

I am also looking at creating a custom map. I have downloaded Centred+ and setting it up. Is this the best tool for the job or a people using something else?

I should have looked around more before posting. I've just found the Poor Man's UO Resource thread. Lots of good stuff in there.
