UOP vs. MUL Map Files

I noticed the map files have been changed to UOP. I can't get things like UO Auto Map to recognize those. I am assuming that CentrEd+ won't work without a MUL file either, since it is specifically requested in the path. Is this true? If so what is the work around?

there are uop to mul file conversion programs, I believe that UoFiddler has one (or a plug in for it). You do the dirty work with the mul files then convert it back to uop.

Yeah that is the version I have of UOAM but it still refuses to display the map despite tracking me ok.
