War Mode on ServUO

Ok guys, im creating a shard with a T2A era.

And my main problem is, when anyone cast spell on enemy, the enemy enter in warmode on my character...

I want remove this, but i dont know where i can start... anyone know how to disable or can give me a full script to fix this?
