Watch a script live in action?

I vaguely recall back in TUS/SPHERE days that you could watch a script file in action while it was used in game. I do not remember if it was a tool specific to that emulator or something else.

For example, if you had the bandage script open in a window, and used a bandage in game, you would see in the script window it go line by line as the server used the script.

Now that I think about it, it may have been EasyUO...

Is there any way to do this with ServUO scripts?
