Any item placed with a deed, this works great, player's love it!
SS shows a counter and table which were placed with a deed,
the items shown on them were placed with the Addon Helper

This is a tool to help players add their own items to addons.
The player doubleclicks the item and then targets the tile in an addon that they wish the item placed on.
The item is moved to that tiles x-y location and its z + height +1.
The player then needs to lock down or secure the item. The item can then be moved up or down with the interior decorator.
