An oldy, but a goodie. Addon2Static converts addons to static parts that can then be rehued, moved around, removed w/ the intent of adding new parts or just frozen to the map. No clue who made it or even when, but it had been around on RunUO for years. Figured since I had a copy, I'd add it here.
