Ice Bear 1.0

Hey,

So I borrowed the Rideable Polar Bear file that I found around and tweaked it to make a custom tameable and mount in my server that I'm prob going to spawn in Ice Felucca or Luna somewhere. Thought I would share it to pay back to the community.
