UO Builder
Shards Need Decorators & Some Players Love to Build!
This system is a marriage of that idea!
Player Side
Players Obtain a Building Permit!
With a permit, they can find a location to build on!
Double Click Permit to Open Tool!
Over time, they can work on it, using the UO Builder Tool!
They can alter any piece by double-clicking and editing its props!
They can start over or move to a new location by using [ResetUOBuild
Once done, they inform staff that it is ready to be inspected!
Staff Side
Either give out or sell the permits to players!
They are default area 100 and max items 1000!
The first piece they place will be the center of a 200x200 area!
Await players to call on you to inspect the build!
If you like it, use [CommitUOBuild* or [RemoveUOBuild* if you don't!
*You must be viewing the build via [ViewUOBuilds as it is a copy
of the players and the only one able to be committed!
You can see all builds at any time via [ViewUOBuilds
Red Arrow will remove your view of the build!
Green Arrow will place it for you to view and it'll also teleport you to it!
There is a max of 10 builds at any given time, edit in UOBuilderCore.cs
And a toggle to turn on/off system [ToggleUOBuild

The player building tool is basic and restricted to just adding and removing UOBuild Statics. Once the player closes the tool, the build will vanish and reappear when the tool is opened again. If they log out, the build will be hidden. If a player happens to come through the construction site while it is active, the UOBuild Statics will auto-vanish. This is the measure in place so a builder isn't affecting other players! Besides the tool, the player can also adjust placed objects by double-clicking them; they have access to adjust the X, Y, Z, and Hue by setting the fields in the props menu. Only those fields are accessible!
