Well regularly they start out with 100 HP or less, but since I raised my HP it starts out the strength bonus came with it.

Thats where I raised my overall HP, but I am not sure how to make the overall HP stay at 300 and have the new character start with 100.

I have my total Stats set to 305, max hitpoints at 300, here is the issue, characters are created with 212 hitpoints, anyone know where I lower the starting out HP?
