Skill Increase Book 1.031
A book which grants the user a permanent increase in a skill of their choice. The bonus applied is between 0.1% and 0.5%. This would make a good reward item or rare drop. Always look at the docs (A cautionary tale)
Spent an (embarrassingly) long time trying to google a ServUO trashcan script only to realize that is now a stock UO item. Not sure if this one is Minecraft's fault or not playing UO for 15 years but definitely an "Always do a search for the thing you're trying to create first" lesson learned. -

Oh wow the veteran rewards thing is pretty cool. Not sure if they had that back in 2005. I didn't get it fixed but I think since only a couple of people are affected I'm just going to export their properties have them create a new character and set the new character up like the old one.
