Can you walk me through, show me an example, or demonstrate how to do this? Also, a long time ago I saw a script (maybe runuo. make sphere) where there was a quick (and generic) quest generator. If I could find that, maybe I could tweak it to make scripted quests.

Is there any other quest generation system out there? I'd like to create quests without a lot of codeing. xmlspawnerfan and the quest system was the coolest I've seen, but all of the functions are not available (such as "[xmledit")

Yeah I ran into that too. I don't think wine will work. My gut tells me. Without [xmldialog is there some other way to open and accept/refuse the quest gump? For example, can I click the NPC and choose 'quest' instead of 'buy' or 'train'. Is there some other way to give the player a quest book...

Thanks,.. but, you linked me to my previous thread. I already have 6.0 installed , which works for 57.3, but downgrading to 57.,2 (on the same box) throws the above errors. ubuntu 2022.04 btw I also tried 57.1 which also throws the same errors except for version 4.7.2. it is looking like 57.x...

I have the default (built into ServUO) xmlspawner. But I don't seem to have the commands [xmledit and I can not add xmlquestnpc. I am trying to learn this quest Mesystem including creating the xml dialog. Is there an additional attachment I need for these commands. THanks

as per github instructions Ub 20.04. I just spun up this vm. patched it. moved servUO files.

I am still testing. So I dumped a simple script "RessurectionToken" which I downloaded from here. It is an [add, item. But it is not in the list and I cant' seem to "[add RessurectionToken" What am I doing with it? Just testing for now.

I put ths cripts in /ServUO-master/Scripts/Custom/ (permissions are good, 0750 dir and 0640 file) cd /ServUO-Master dotnet build mono ServUO.exe and the scripts don't work. I assume they never load.
