  8. Need some help with an idea please.

    I have played a few shards where melee type characters are most dominent, mainly because of the sampire type builds. I want to try to balance this by giving mage characters a boost. Is there any way I can increase the faster casting and recovery caps to 4/6 only when wielding spell books?

    I was wondering when creating a new shard, what should be the first things you do? I have had a few go rounds with trying to make a shard but I always end up trying to do several things at once and swamp myself till im lost and start over. Noob trials I guess.
