Forum speed

Not trying to be mean here, but am i the only one experiencing slowness when navigating from a page to another or opening menus? Editing a post when i only have 1 min to edit one is making me angry when it elapses before i start writing xD
Just curious if it's only me.
 
"Agree" the forums have been horrible most mornings for the past week, I'm trying to contact Insanity about this problem hopefully the problem will be fixed soon, "sorry " I feel everyone's frustration on this matter :/
 
turning off that forum slider when not need might help a bit, not much tho. I get random bout of loading issues.. doesn't matter what time of day or traffic or server hops, Some days it loads in under 5-6 seconds, then takes forever to navigate elsewhere (12-30 seconds on average). Other times, It take almost a minute to load the forum altogether and navigation is just as bad. and any time inbetween those, it seems to work fine. Today I can login in about 8-10 seconds, nav is about 5-8 seconds, pending where you click. Standard nav is a bit slow and nav from "alerts" section a bit longer.

I pinged the host from Seattle here. Nothing out of the ordinary, but who knows.

was working well on the older host, maybe something got messed up during transition, 41.89%, longer wait states something definitely is hanging it up.
 
I've noticed that during the summer times, Internet Connection speeds seem slower because of everyone out of school and on vacations. It could be something with the host, but my bet would be summer time lag issues.
I have the same problem on other sites also...
*shrugs* Who knows.
 
I don't think it's anyone's internet, it's more than likely a busy VPS.
It will be up and down depending on how busy the other sites hosted on it, are.
 
Yeah, last couple days have been snappy fast on the forum :) I hope this is what we can look forward to!
