I started UO in Oct 97, built a few empires, and sold them on eBay over the years, and finally quit because of all the scammers. I am a hardware guy with my own servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
Glad I can now have my own server to enjoy with my friends & family.

I still need to:

Figure out why gold is invisible in the bank.
Players can still drop gold in, but must say “withdraw 200” to the banker to take it out.

Find a way to populate the world with misc reagents on the ground.
I did learn to get an .xml script, AccurateSpawn.xml, from a repository, github.com, and run it.
That populated the world with monsters very close to the original UO.
I found 2 map files, but don’t know how to use them yet.

I replied to your PM about bank gold.

ServUO comes with a (close to) osi accurate spawn file. Just run the command [xmlload spawns. You will probably need to despawn your already spawned world using [xmlunload /path/to/file.xml

Thanks for the welcome.
My server now has 3 new players, and I am working to make it better for them.

I still need to get reagents on the ground.
I xmluloaded AccurateSpawns then [xlmloaded spawns.
That worked, still no misc reagents on the grounds.
Any ideas?
 
I have attached two files that will create the spawns.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I was almost full sure they were included with servuo. I will fix that.,

I got the 2 files.
Sorry to be a noob, but what do I do with these 2 .msf files?
I did search but found nothing, and there are no other .msf files in my ServUO install.

Sorry, I should have explained. They can be loaded in the same way. [xmlload /path/to/file.msf

They are from an older system but they are compatible with the system we use at servuo (xmlspawner)
 
Almost there, it ran, the path and file seem to be correct, including case, but it put down 0 regs.
