Greetings,
I was playing UO back when it was new and have had a place in my heart for UO ever since. Like a first love you never forget.
I have wanted to create my own version of UO for the past decade and I'm now in a position to be able to do that (I think).

I want to be very straight up and say, I'm not a developer, though I have two full stack devs working on other projects for me, one of which I can redirect to working on this. My other is building a social media platform on a blockchain.

My goal for this is to start small and expand. A main starting town, a starting dungeon, an open land mass for player housing and all new art assets in a Magic meets Steampunk Sword and Board world. All under a new name, style and atmosphere. Of course the initial skills with some additional skills/associated systems and assets.

I'm looking for someone very familiar with the inner workings of the base systems to act as a project manager.
Artists who specialist in a niche such as Monsters, Buildings, Dungeon Assets, Environmental, etc.
(Art style I'm looking for is akin to this gentleman's work https://www.servuo.com/archive/rendered-sprites.1774/ of which he also created a guide on how he does it. Brilliant!)
Script writers, and anyone else I may need that I'm not aware of yet (future project manager should know :)

I'm looking to map out the world into continents, break down the number of art assets needed for phase one, approx. work hours and total team needed to accomplish this based on those of you interested and formulate an approx. total budget for the MVP and once it all makes sense and everyone is on board, we begin building.

This is a privately funded personal passion project but could end up a lucrative venture post MVP as more details are shared with the team.

If you are interested, please post examples of your work and a way to contact you. I'm a big Telegram user (more than Discord).
