How to Download and Start Server?

Hello, just wondering how I would go about downloading the master copy of the most updated client and starting it up on my own computer as a server? Just looking to try my hand at scripting and stuff a little bit, have no experience, so don't really know where to start.

Once you get into your server, use the Owners account to run [CreateWorld, and [GenMiniChamp to generate your world from the config files that come with ServUO
