Looking for Coder (classic UOR style gameplay and modern enhancements )

Hello,

how many budget would be needed to create a custom shard with classic UOR style gameplay and modern enhancements with ServUO? Why I asking is because I have no coding skills and would pay to set up such a shard. I am looking for a trustworthy and experienced coder or more for this project.

My first budget for such an shard (I have many ideas) would be arround $1000 - 2000.

Your budget would pay for a few weeks of a professional coders time which would be plenty for what you are asking for.
