I have noticed you guys have converted the gumps back to the runuo ones. and I have seen something else converted back to runuo. My Question is Why the change back.

What are you asking about specifically, other than gumps?
A lot of unused or useless features were added near the beginning of ServUO's development and we are now trimming the fat.
Mark invited me to the RunUO GitHub repository, so I will be maintaining RunUO for now; in order to assure as much cross-shard compatibility with content, it would be best if both emulators used similar API's and patterns so that cross-project merges are easier to do.
