Are all siege server policies already implemented on servuo? If not - what are you still working on? So it happens that once I ran a server based on justUO where I had implemented some nice rules with siege. Maybe I could help something?
 
Are this rules from Siege:
  • Murderers and Criminals will not be able to kick/ban others from their home. In addition, if a murderer or flagged criminal opens the door to a house in which a blue player has banned players/monsters, the ban list for the house will be cleared
still exist on OSI? Especially ask about rule part : "if a murderer or flagged criminal opens the door (and use teleporter?) to a house in which a blue player has banned players/monsters, the ban list for the house will be cleared"

While analyzing the functionality of the current server version with the active Siege option, I noticed two errors:
- Characters in new accounts receive Young status, which does not function on Siege
- as a consequence character can travel to continent of Trammel via moongates, which does not function on Siege, also they cannon set a Felucca continent as a travel destination.

It has happened to me that, in the straits of moongate, all continents are not always visible (eg Malas, Ilshenar), I suggest you verify this part of the code.

I found another bugs in Siege Perilous mode. Ofc I have already submitted it in the bugs section

Bug # 1
OSI rule:
Characters that hue red will not be attacked by guards when they venture into town. Healing a red character is a criminal offence, but will not get you guard whacked.

The fact that this rule still applies in this shape was also confirmed yesterday in the Stratics Siege forum.

Current ServUO:
Reds are not be attacked by guards when they venture into town but healing or any other support spell used to support the PK = guard whack.

Bug #2
Siege P. rules (UOGuide and OSI Broadword) :

*Stealing – there are no skill or time requirements to join the Thieves Guild

Although Siege rules are enabled, you still have to wait for the required time and have the required level of ability to join the Thieves Guild (as is the case with regular servers).
Enabling these rules on Siege server was confirmed today in the Stratics forum.

Bug #3 (probably)

Please forgive me if I'm wrong but according to Siege OSI rules:

  • All tools, including fishing poles, herding crooks, scissors and axes used for lumberjacking have a number of ‘uses’ before they wear out and are destroyed.

I noticed, however, that the decrease in the number of "uses remaining" points occurs only when the use of the tool ends with the acquisition of raw materials. Using a tool during which no raw material has been harvested does not reduce the number of "uses remaining".
I checked it on a few tools and weapons, which allow for the acquisition of raw materials - such as axe, fishing pole.
