The changes in server scripts Are not applying

How it could be
I change scripts then
run Servuo exe and the changes have not effect
I even wrote something like "zxczxc"
it still run Server normally without exception
Whats the deal?
I checked The scripts Im changing In the same folder with .exe

Scripts not updating unless I recompile?

I'm running a fresh server and adding custom stuff one at a time, but I can't seem to get anything to update unless I re-compile. In the past, it's been as simple as restarting the server. What gives?

So I need to recompile with "Compile.WIN - Debug.bat" every time i make changes in the scripts

I have heard that you do. Which is a major reason I have not downloaded a new version (and may not).

Compile.win - release.bat and yeah it's a pain but makes your server start faster if it crashes for some reason.
