was just tinkering with the emulator publish 54 first off had crash upon spawn client version is 7.0.49.2 i get theis error if i try to use the [decorate command

just downloaded it today not sure how to fix this or if my client is patched to far up

Would be nice to know the client files location, if it is on C: you may suffer from lacking permissions.

nope dang it crashes on create world...hmm i know there was another thread already started on that but thats just not my issue

You need to give ServUO admin permissions. If your UO client is on the C drive and you have UAC enabled ServUO will not be able to read your client files unless ran as an administrator.

Then something else is locking access to the game files. You should create a separate folder that just ServUO uses and place a copy of the game files in there.
