Can the bot receive messages from my Discord channel?
No. The bot uses Webhooks, which are an end-point to an API with access to pull data, not push it.
Why do World Broadcasts not appear in Discord?
Even with the option enabled, there is currently no support in RunUO or ServUO for hooking World Broadcast messages. This will change soon.
